REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to return your Kitten within 10 days if any hereditary problems or any illness proven it came from seller being confirmed by a certified Vet

The deadline for returning a Kitten is 10-20 days max from the date you received the Kitten or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the Cat delivered.

In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement and a confirmation from your vet

Conditions for returns:

In order for the Kitten to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Kitten was purchased in the last 20 days

• The Kitten is in the same health condition when delivered

• The Kitten must have been checked by your Vet..

• Any hereditary related effects.

• Illness that might have incurred during delivery with Vet fees above $100

  We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Kitten that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Refunds of Payment

We will reimburse you no later than 72 hours from the day on which we receive the returned Kitten, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Kitten to us.

You will be given the opportunity to choose another Kitten of equal value

Or your money will be refunded back to you

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order
